| IRQA 4 LAUNCH |
With this launch, Visure addresses the challenges of the market by placing IRQA at the forefront of Requirements Engineering
. Visure Solutions announces the launch of the new version: IRQA 4, the Corporate Requirements Engineering Solution, as the ideal answer for companies looking for a definite solution to define and implement their corporate requirements process.

This release is intended to help reduce costs through reusability, supporting product families, variants and requirements reuse, inviting users to migrate from the “document” management, to explore the engaging experience of a new generation of information centric requirements tools.
As a result of the Visure corporate strategy based on innovation, the newest and most relevant RM&E techniques have been combined in IRQA 4. Besides supporting the activities of requirements capture, organization and traceability, IRQA 4 adds innovative functionalities of requirements reuse, modelling and analysis that place IRQA at the forefront of the Requirements Engineering.
The following new features outstand in IRQA 4:

Reusability support. IRQA allows defining sets of reusable requirements, along with services and tests, which can then be shared among the rest of the projects in the company. These components can be defined to constitute libraries , containing information such as the Standards and Norms to follow, or even common functionality in the systems i.e. user login, interfaces, etc. These libraries can later on be used by other projects at any moment in any of its different versions.
In this way, requirements management for Product Families and Variants is supported, in which an initial product is defined, and the different version of this product evolve separately as different products.

Workflow support. IRQA allows to define workflows graphically for the elements in the specification (requirements, services, tests). The user interaction in the workflows can be established based on the user roles. The possibility to associate scripts to the transitions in the workfllow gives users the possibility to extend the workflow functionality, for instance, notifying the user or users affected by an accepted, rejected or postponed requirement or even a failed test.

Document view. The new document view provides users a tailored intuitive and easy to use interface where chapters and subchapters represent more than a mere textual representation, but constitute a real grouping of requirements than facilitates the definition and management of the requirements process.

Both Visure Solutions and The Reuse Company, are glad to launch IRQA Quality Analyzer, the tool which guarantees the quality in requirements specification.
Analysts' and researchers reports emphasize the importance of managing requirements efficiently for software, systems and services development. In order to achieve that, organizations should deal with requirements specification, measure the quality of their requirements and know the improvements area of their requirements.
IRQA Quality Analyzer allows you to measure the quality of one requirement or a group of requirements.IRQA Quality Analyzer allows each organization to configure the metrics and ranges to apply. Through these metrics can be identified, clearly, what requirements do not have the expected quality and must be redefined.
This solution has been the result of the collaboration agreement between Visure and The Reuse Company. The Reuse Company has extended its technology of its semantic- searching engine to IRQA, of Visure Solutions, well-known Requirements Engineering Solution in this market.

| RIF FOR IRQA |
Visure and EXTESSY decided to cooperate on the implementation of RIF for IRQA.
IRQA and EXTESSY are happy to announce that EXTESSY will add to its open platform EXERPT, an IRQA adapter. |

Through this Cooperation Users of IRQA will soon be able to use the Requirements Interchange Format RIF. This eliminates further barriers in the development process – between tools and people. Collaboration of all parties involved in the development process is improved and information is synchronized.
EXERPT stands for EXTESSY Engineering Requirements PlaTform. EXTESSY developed this tool for seamless export, import and synchronization of data between requirements management, modelling and test tools. It is an open platform.
It is generally not possible to exchange documents and functional specifications between different software tools without any loss of data. As a consequence, the Hersteller Initiative Software (HIS) developed the Requirement Interchange Format (RIF). Integrated in EXERPT, this neutral format provides a framework that allows seamless exchange and synchronization of files in requirementsmanagement.
