What is IRQANet?
IRQANet is a web tool (web browser-based tool) allowing all the team to
access and manage the information in the IRQA project, through the internet.
It will allow all the people to be involved in the project: analysts, project
managers, software engineers, systems engineers, quality engineers, etc. to
access the information managed in the requirements engineering process with
IRQA, whatever the user's location may be, and through the internet. This
may result in a way that the communication, collaboration and cohesion are
promoted among the members in their project team, with the improvements
involved in the result of the project. Furthermore, IRQANet allows to work
concurrently over the same project, or remotely through the internet, with
the members in his project team.
IRQANet Features
IRQANet provides the project team members with an access through the internet
to the IRQA projects. IRQANet also provides the following features to manage
the information in the projects:

Access to the IRQA projects managed from the server, following the
specified users policy and access rights for the different parts of the
project.

Requirements Capture. The requirements capture functions supported by
IRQANet are manual creation, modification and deletion of requirements.

Requirements Management. The requirements management functions
supported by IRQANet are the following ones:
- Requirements hierarchical organization.
- Requirements classification by means of the management facets.
- Requirements filtering.
- Requirements visualization in accordance with different
criteria: hierarchy, facets, etc.
- Automatic code generation for requirements.

Requirements Analysis. The analysis features provided with IRQANet
will be the following ones:
- Traceability between requirements.
- Requirements classification for requirements by means of the
domain facets.

Requirements version control: Requirements version log. It will be
allowed the creation of new versions, previous versions restoration,
delete versions and version comparison. The Check In - Check Out mechanism
is used.

Management and domain facets management. The functions for facets
management supported by IRQANet will be the following ones:
- Creation and maintenance of Domain Facets and their terms.
- Facets terms associations with requirements management.

Traceability Matrix: Facility used to visualize relationships
between requirements in an IRQA project.
The administration tasks, such as project creation, users and rights
management, etc, will not be available from the IRQA web client. These
tasks are only accessible for Admins from the IRQA Windows Client.
