In this course, different techniques for elicitation of user requirements are analyzed, such as interviews, meetings, questionnaires, brain storming, etc., and their advantages and disadvantages are examined.
Requirements priority, management of conflicts and negotiation
This course deals with some specific features in requirements management: techniques to prioritize requirements coming from different sources, conflict identifying and negotiation techniques to solve them efficiently.
In this course, up-to-date methodologies for requirements reuse are explained: practical approach based on requirements patterns, and systematic approach based on domain analysis. The subject is introduced from a practical point of view, showing the steps to follow according to the different maturity levels of the organization in relation with the Requirements Engineering process.

In this course, it is analyzed the importance of acceptance tests in relation with Requirements Engineering.
