Since the mid-nineties, several studies have coincided in identifying the problems related to the project requirements phase as the main source of errors and cause of delays, overruns and low client satisfaction with the finally delivered system. The response to these problems lies in the growing importance of requirements management and definition in the software development and systems worlds in general.
